Our vision is to see that every dinner anywhere in the World is able to discover, share and appreciate these World-class premium beefs in whatever way they wanted, e.g., share on Facebook and LinkedIn and find out about the farm that produce the premium beef.
Mission
Our mission is to use technology such as AI and QR-codes together with social media, to connect celebrity chiefs, high-end restaurants, dinners and their friends to celebrate the stories, art and labor of these niche farmers in producing World-class premium beef.

Teressa Mitchells
Teressa is community minded, compassionate and dedicated individual supporting organizations and community through her role as a leadership member of Rotary and Executive of Business Chambers. She is also a member of Australian Human Resource Institute, Executive of International Women’s Federation of Commerce and Industry, President of Warragul Business Group, Member of Committee of Gippsland, Assistant Governor of Rotary District 9820.
Past Deputy Chair of Council of Small Business Organizations Australia.
Teressa is a well-respected community leader and she works closely with niche farmers across Australia.
Fei Tony Liu
Tony Liu, PhD served at the Australia Indonesia Partnership for Economic Governance (Data Analytics Adviser), the Australian Taxation Office (Data Scientist) and Monash University (Adjunct Research Fellow).
In 2011, he received his research PhD/Master degrees from Monash University on predictive modelling and anomaly detection with three best paper awards from reputable data mining conferences. He is also a higher-degree research supervisor, scientific journal/conference reviewer and open-source developer.
Suryani Lim
Suryani is teaching at Federation University in the area of Information Technology. She is a member of the Centre for Information Technology and Mathematical Sciences (CITMS) and FedUni’s WE2ST (Women in Engineering, Education, Science and Technology).
As a passionate teacher, she also examines issues related to learning and teaching and delivers outreach programs for high school students.
